Overview
The Integrations hub connects each client's SalesHive account to Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM. Pick a client, connect the CRM, map discovered or custom destination fields, translate exact dropdown values, review the validated live record preview, and monitor sync health from three tabs.
How to use this page
Select a client
Use the client switcher in the top bar before you connect or configure anything. Integrations are per client, so each deal has its own CRM connection, field mapping, and sync history.
Connect a CRM
On Connected Apps, find Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM and select Connect. Connected cards show a status badge and a Manage button for sync settings, import, or disconnect.
Map fields
Open Field Mapping and review SalesHive fields on the left and CRM destinations on the right. Auto-map with AI can prepare a starting point. Use Search your CRM fields in each mapping row to type part of a destination field name, then select the matching field. Save mapping when finished.
Match CRM dropdown values
When the selected CRM destination is a dropdown, open Match dropdown values. SalesHive reads the contact's current field value automatically. If it already exactly matches an allowed CRM option, no rule or merge tag is needed. When the names differ, enter the complete value exactly as it appears on the contact, choose the allowed CRM option, and select Add value match. Unmatched values are skipped before sync.
Use a custom CRM field when needed
If the field is not available in searchable suggestions, select Use a custom field API name and enter the CRM field's internal API name, not its display label. The entry stays visible while you edit. The nearby help control explains where to find it for your CRM, and Choose a discovered field instead returns to the searchable field picker.
Write a fixed value into a CRM field
In Add a field, choose A fixed value to write one constant into a CRM field on every contact SalesHive pushes. Search for the destination field just as you would for a normal mapping. If it is a dropdown, select one of its actual options.
Check the live preview
The Live preview redraws as a CRM record card as you change mappings. It shows only values that the current mapping can send. If a dropdown value has neither an exact option match nor a saved translation, the preview omits it just as the live sync will.
Save before leaving
Field mapping changes do not take effect until you select Save mapping. SalesHive warns before you discard unsaved changes by switching tabs, reloading, or closing the page.
Monitor sync health
Open Sync Health for synced, skipped, and failed totals, plain-language error guidance, sync history, and exports when needed.
